Site Manager – New Build Housing

Up to 78,000 + Package

Our client is a national PLC housing developer who builds nice homes to a high standard; both private and HA. They have a brilliant pipeline and no real plans of slowing down, making them a great place to be in the current economy.

They are thriving in the South Midlands, which means you will have the luxury of never being too far from home.

The ideal candidate will be used to running new build housing developments, from a PLC background, as well as experience in keeping works to programme, dealing with all sub contract issues as they arise and monitoring all health & safety.

Key Requirements:

• SMSTS

• CSCS card

• First Aid Certificate
